The App
The Everfit App is a means for me to track client progress anytime and anywhere! I can monitor your body metrics, exercise history, and progress through the app. I will be able to provide instant feedback, motivation and programming all virtually. The app is how I process your payments for programming and services.

Do You Offer In-Person Sessions?
Yes; although the majority of workouts are scheduling virtually, in person session are available to purchase as add-ons. However, the benefit of having a virtual-relationship through the app is that I can be there for every step of the way at a greater frequency than a PT who may see in a gym once or twice a week, and can provide more feedback than a downloadable fitness tool without any guidance. Also, the app is more cost-affordable than trainer who only does in person sessions.

Why Use Me As a Personal Trainer?
I am committed to making sure you achieve your wellness goals. No pun intended, but let’s not sugarcoat it, fitness is hard, being healthy is hard, and without the guidance of a professional it’s even harder. A personal trainer makes the process of wellness less difficulty by holding you accountable to reasonable outcomes and providing fitness plans that will lead to meaningful results.

Why Is There a Time Frame for Packages?
Yes, app subscriptions must be purchased in three month installments. This is because reaching your fitness goals doesn’t happen overnight. Unfortunately, there are no quick fixes and a commitment to the process is necessary to build change that will last.

What About Nutrition?
My goal as a health consultant is to promote wellness culture over diet culture. When it comes to nutrition, I value intuitive eating with responsible choices that allows for all food groups. Rather than counting calories, my coaching prioritizes fullness over hunger, discipline over indulgence, and choice over restriction. Through the app, I can provide feedback on food habits and make suggestions.

What Does Your Fitness Programming Look Like?
As a NASM-certified coach I follow the OPT-Model which stands for Optimized Performance Training. My model of training specializes in progressive overload which means increasing intensity, duration and volume over time. I tailor my training to your skill level, but believe in a 3-day per week split training program for Advanced-Beginners to strength and endurance training, 5-day split for intermediate to advanced clients, and 6-day split for my most advanced clients. During our initial health consultation, I’ll assess where you are in this classification.
